APO / FPO Shipping*:

If you are stationed within the U.S. or Canada: please use a normal postal address for shipping. Flat rate shipping for APO/FPO orders is $4.99 with no minimum purchase.

Express Shipping options are not available for APO/FPO orders as UPS does not deliver to those addresses.

Please Note: When filling out Shipping Information at check out, please include the following:
  • Address 1: Grade/Rank/Rating and full name including middle initial.
  • Address 2: Unit and Unit number, Consolidated Mail Room Number, PSC Number, or Ship.
  • City: Enter APO or FPO as appropriate.
  • State: AA, AE, AP, or FP.
  • Country: United States.

Depending on types of products purchased, all shipments are made via United States Postal Service.
If the address you have given us has any mistake causing the package to be undelivered, we will send your purchase again but all shipping fees incurred will be invoiced to buyer and payment will have to clear until the package is shipped out again.

At Cellbatt.com, we offer you the chance to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund with ANY REASONS. Whether the product is defective, seems defective, you changed your mind or simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR a FULL REFUND.
Please Note: That in order to be eligible for a full refund the item must be returned in the manner that it was sent out. We cannot accept items that are shipped back to us missing parts or instructions. In this case we will charge an appropriate restocking fee for these items.
**All returns and refunds will process excluding the shipping and handling fee that was originally charged and the item is to be shipped back to us at the buyer’s expense unless the mistake was on our part in which we’ll credit the buyer the shipping cost.
